IDESACCESS.COM Refund, Cancellation, and Subscription Policies

IDESACCESS.COM Subscriptions have 10 day money back guarantee. During that time subscription can be cancelled and fully refunded.

To request cancellation and refund, please either open support ticket at IDESACCESS.COM or email admin@idesaccess.com

After 10 days, no refunds will be issued. Similarly, a free trial cannot be paused or reinstated if any subscription plan is canceled or downgraded before the initial trial period has ended.

Furthermore, IDESACCESS.COM does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions. All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. This includes all subscription plans.

Similarly, it is your responsibility to evaluate IDESACCESS.COM, including its features, limitations, and system requirements before selecting any Recurring plan. IDESACCESS.COM will not issue refunds to customers on the basis of customers not understanding the system requirements, or the presence of compatibility issues, including inadequate internet speed or consistency, or incompatible devices, operating systems, or browser software versions. System incompatibility based on system requirements should be tested during the 10 day free trial.

Fees, Refunds and Charges

Subscription Fees.

Client shall pay for all subscription fees, and hereby authorizes IDESACCESS.COM (and its payment processors) to debit Client’s bank account or charge Client’s credit card, as stated on Client’s Order page. Client agrees that recurring subscriptions will renew automatically. Client shall also be solely responsible for paying and remitting to the appropriate tax authorities all applicable taxes (withholding tax, sales tax, services tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), etc.) or duties imposed by any government entity or collecting agency except those taxes based on IDESACCESS.COM net income. In the event Client fails to satisfy its tax and/or duty obligations herein, Client shall reimburse IDESACCESS.COM upon demand for any taxes and/or duties paid on behalf of Client and shall defend, indemnify and hold IDESACCESS.COM harmless against any claim and/or liability (including penalties) resulting from Client’s failure to pay such taxes and/or duties.

Cancellation Policy.

Client acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Client cancels their order. Client may cancel their subscription by logging into their IDESACCESS.COM account and going to the Account Details page, and choosing the “Cancel Recurring” or "Cancel" options under Order Details. A confirmation email receipt is sent to the Client with the expiration date of the subscription. Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You must email admin@idesaccess.com before or on the payment due date. However, you can also open ticket via web site to contact support if you are having difficulty or need help.

Refunds.

All IDESACCESS.COM subscriptions include a 10-day free trial. After 10 days, the chosen Service is billed in advance on a order duration basis and is non-refundable; no refunds will be issued. IDESACCESS.COM does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial times of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
